Show & Work Winner Bruce
Beauty and performance in perfect harmony! Bruce won the Austrian Retriever Club’s "Work & Show Combined Award" at the Club Show in Katzelsdorf Castle.
First Litter "Come Together" in Höflein
At the beginning of May, we organized our first two-day "Come Together" and 35 people participated. Our dogs and their owners came from Finland, Estonia, Germany, Italy, and, of course, Austria.
Purefield Trophy 2025 – and a result that makes us proud!
It was a wonderful Working Test weekend, in a great hunting ground and with a fantastic atmosphere, as well as a record result for a good cause. This year, the total amount of € 5,500 will be donated to Herzkinder Österreich.
Austrian 🇦🇹 Cup - Winning Team
Buccleuch Fulcrum aka "Bruce" wins the Austrian Cup together with his team members Tullyah Parker with Sandra Krainz and Kingsdale Meadow Defender with Michaela Kussmann.
Austrian-Hungarian Field Trial Championship
We are very pleased with the performance of our Int. FTCH Buccleuch Fulcrum aka "Bruce" (more) at the Austrian-Hungarian Field Trial Championship. He was perfectly under control and showed great game finding abilities (he gave two eye wipes and picked two wounded birds). Unfortunately he was just unlucky at his fifth retrieve, where Kurt had a misunderstanding about des requested retrieve and so he ended with an "very good".

Purefield A-Litter Training
We were very happy about a cosy get-together with the Purefield A-Litter family and everyone enjoyed the training the next day. Thanks to everyone for being there - it was really a great pleasure!
Exchange of experiences at the Purefield Resort
At the end of February, a private tour took place for the commanding officer of the military dog center, colonel Otto Koppitsch and instructor Manuel Zwickelsdorfer - with only enthusiastic reactions. We are happy!
Bruce is the youngest dog at the Championship in Austria
Buccleuch Fulcrum aka "Bruce" is the youngest dog competing at the Austrian-Hungarian-Retriever Championship! We are really very happy with him!
2nd excellent (res.CACIT) for Maisie and Kurt in Slovakia
We are really happy that our wonderful real quality bitch Buccleuch Eclipse aka "Maisie" could show in this trial all her abilities - finally it was a happy end of the season 2023!
Bruce won his first Open CACIT Trail in Austria
Buccleuch Fulcrum aka "Bruce" turned 2 years old on May 6th this year and won an Open CACIT Trial on October 15th in Austria. This makes him our youngest dog (younger than Scott and younger than Dave) with whom Kurt was able to win an Open trial.
